We accept returns within 14 days of purchase, provided the Thobe is in its original condition with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, Thobes must be unworn and unwashed. Please refer to our return policy page for detailed information on how to initiate a return.
Make sure to include your original packing slip in your return, as should we receive an item without a name or packing slip we are unable to identify it and therefore it will not be processed.
We do not currently cover postage for any returns.
We advise sending your item under a tracked service & always keep your proof of postage should it be lost during transit.
Please note, all items must be in the original packaged condition in order for us to accept your return. If your order is returned without all of the original packaging, your return or exchange will not be processed.
You can return your item via our portal within 14 days of the date your order was delivered. We cannot accept responsibility for any items sent back to us outside of this timeframe and cannot guarantee you will receive your items back.
