Refund and Return Policy

At Halal Threads, we take pride in our meticulous attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship. We take pride in providing high-quality products and services to our valued customers. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

14-Day Return & Exchange Policy:

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip when returning an item.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Open a Return Request: Open a return request via our portal here.
  2. Approval and Instructions: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Package the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any free gifts.

Exchange Process:

If you would like to exchange an item, open an exchange request via our portal and select "Exchange." Include comments about the product and size you'd like to exchange for. Once the original item is received, the exchange will be sent out.

Return Inspection and Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, please note the following:

  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • The cost of any items not returned, including free gifts, will be deducted from your refund.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items:

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Opened or used products
  • Gift 
  • Final sale products
  • Any orders made in the 7 days before Eid al-Fitr and Eid-al Adha 

Damaged or defective items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please open a return at our portal and select "Damaged or Defective Item." Provide details and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem promptly.
